Boit Club was started in 2017 to be the Airbnb for supercars. The business was started with a primary focus of giving idle assets a better utilisation. Hence the name - Business Of Idle Things. In 2019, we transformed into a network of rental vendors, enthusiasts and car owners all in one common platform, sharing their passion for their love of cars and luxury. BOIT now hosts driving tours in exotic cars across the globe, supercar rentals in over 8 countries, private jet charter, we are planning a league style motorsport - Supercar Racing League and have entered the cryptoverse in 2021 with a unique utility token that will change the luxury game forever.

With a growing demand from existing customers to pay in crypto, and now a crypto enabled network that accepts cryptocurrency for their services, The BOIT Token was born. Minted on the Solana blockchain - $BOIT is a deflationary token that can not only be used across the Boit Club network for rentals of supercars, yachts and private jets, and all the future services to be added - BOIT token also comes with the provide the knowledge and ability to stake, pool and farm more BOIT tokens, BOIT is the obvious choice as a booking platform existing in a highly unorganised and unstructured market. The BOIT Tokens adds an additional layer of convenience for the vendors providing services and the customers looking to use them, all at a global scale.

In order to make the token powerful, the entire launch and availability has been made limited from the start, with focus on the early backers of the project. As part of the token’s growth, a substantial amount of tokens will be given to the present vendor network of the Boit Club global family, and these tokens will be staked and used to provide liquidity on Dex’s while increasing the number of places they are accepted and used. The remaining community tokens will be sold in slabs, with a greater price advantage to the early investors, which would get a chance to fund to project even before the large seed round planned.

The Token launch will take place over 2 rounds: i) Round 1 - BOIT IDO Ticket NFT ii) Round 2 - BOIT Private IDO Round 1 - The first step will be to obtain a Whitelist ticket NFT. There will be 5 different types of tickets that can be minted randomly to participants, on first come first serve. The tickets will define how many BOIT tokens you will be eligible to buy during the Private IDO. Each ticket holder will be able to access the mint site on the launch date. The ticket holder will be eligible to mint one bundle of tokens at a time. Multiple ticket holders will be allowed to mint once per ticket.
